ROCKERY PLANTS

These plants are only found in the rocky areas. Many flower in spring before the first rains.
Some succulents at the Victoria St rockery which are not typical for the area, may date from the 1950s when a garden was planted there. Aloes were planted by Friends of Korsman.

In historical times, "elephant feet" succulents were collected by children who played at the rockery from the 1930s. They are no longer found.
